Services cancelled within 72 hours are required to pay 25% of the appointment fee. Services cancelled within 48 hours are required to pay 50% of the appointment fee. Services cancelled within 24 hours are required to pay 100% of the appointment fee. No call/shows are required to pay 100% of the service. The invoice due must be paid before booking future appointments. If you're sick, to ensure both your health and the safety of others, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date when you're feeling better. If you arrive and appear to be ill we reserve the right to refuse service. Arriving on time: If you are running late, please communicate with an eta! Your service will be cancelled and The card on file will be charged 100% of the service if there is no communication or if you are more than 15 minutes late. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service result, please reach out within 7 days to arrange a complimentary adjustment. No refunds are offered at this time. Thank you!
